About Us

Mike and Anne Zoormajian

We weren’t born here, but we got here as soon as we could. We’re local to the beautiful town of Sisters, but can help most anywhere in Central Oregon.

Our office time is mostly at Sisters Coffee Company, but we are happy to chat most anywhere.

Anne is a licensed real estate broker who specializes in the purchase of residential investment properties and relocations. Unique among most realtors, she has personal and professional experience with 1031 exchanges.

She especially likes to work with first time home buyers and is particularly skilled in helping to secure financing with her lending associates.

Mike is a licensed property manager and board member of COROA (Central Oregon Rental Owners Alliance). He has an MBA in Finance, is skilled in asset valuation, cash flow analysis, and working with financial professionals such as investment advisors and CPAs. In his spare time, he is a pilot and pens the Dear Property Guy column for local newspapers.

Cheryl Dean

Cheryl is a Sisters local, who joins us from the Bay Area with her two Labradoodles. She is a licensed real estate broker who is also experienced in property management and 1031 exchanges. As the owner of Central Oregon income properties, Cheryl has a keen understanding of our market. She is also skilled in the purchase and management of furnished short and mid-term rentals.
